Money Market participant can be:
• Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina,
• Bosnia and Herzegovina Ministry of Finance and Treasury,
• Republic of Srpska Ministry of Finance,
• Ministry of Finance of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina ,
• Directorate for Finance of the Brčko District,
• The Republic of Srpska Investment-Development Bank ad Banja Luka,
• Management company of The Pension Reserve Fund Of Republic of Srpska ad Banja Luka,
• a bank with a license to conduct banking activities in Bosnia and Herzegovina
• a microfinance company with a license to conduct activities of microfinance in Bosnia and Herzegovina,
• an insurance company with a license to conduct insurance business in Bosnia and Herzegovina,
• an investment fund and pension fund management company which is licensed to conduct business in Bosnia and Herzegovina,
• a stock exchange intermediary (brokerage house),
• other financial institutions in accordance with the regulations governing their operations.
Money Market Participant may trade in its own name and for its own account or for the accounts of funds that it manages. Stock broker can trade in his own name and for its own account or the account of a client.
Participant initiates the procedure for admission to the Money Market by submitting an application on the prescribed form. Stock Exchange may sign a contract with a participant which may limit access to specific Money Market instruments.
