The Central Registry of Securities informed the Banja Luka Stock Exchange on the registration of the seventh issue of shares of Banjalučka pivara a.d. Banja Luka (code BLPV-R-A). Number of shares increased for 16,619,307. shares, nominal value 1 BAM.

After the increase, the total value of the issuer's share capital is 22,300,000.00 BAM.

The Central Registry of Securities has put the trading suspension on the shares from the 7th issue and suspension will last until the issuer publishes listing prospectus.
